Goals of program - Develop strong leaders:
• Improve social and communication skills
• Increase tolerance/acceptance of diversity
• Increase confidence and leadership skills
• Create more self and social/community awareness
• Increase compassion and the ability to express it effectively and create positive change
• Increase comfort and skills needed in public speaking
• Stimulate the creative thought process
• Develop horsemanship skills both on the ground and in the saddle
• Keep youth interested and engaged
